How to Install Quantex Video Drivers ???

I have a TS30T LAPTOP  and I have just reinstalled windows 98. I have the Cd that came with the Notebook and I have also downloaded the Video drivers from www.portablecomputer.com
I also have downloaded the manual.

When I try to install the video drivers by manually choosing the driver from the cd and then changing the display to Laptop 800x600 etc and reboot it just gives me a message that my video adapter is not set up properly etc.....

Can someone please tell  me how to install the video drivers properly please.....thank you in advance.
