domain server failover methods?

i've been googling for methods to set up domain server failover but maybe i'm missing some terminology or something cuz i found nothing so far. essentially we need to mirror or failover two servers, so if the primary domain controller goes down the other takes over exchange, dhcp, dns, ftp, EVERYTHING, with minimum problems for users.


if anyone has any good links for me to start with i'd appreciate it
