grfx adptr not recognized: 16clrs

long story short: my gf got rid of partition between two parts of my HD, now i don't have any of the driver info that was on the backup portion of it... i can barely read these posts with my 16 colors: that's right, windows doesn't recognize what drivers i need, so i'm on 16 colors... so what info do i need to find on the PC to give you to help me?  the graphics card is on the motherboard, and i'm not sure where to find the name of it..... plz help!

It may not matter what the name of your integrated GFX is, if you still have the motherboard manual and/or the cd, you should be able to find the driver there, if not the name of the GFX chip. At least if you know this, you could at leat look for drivers at http://www.drdriver.com OR http://www.driverguide.com
