tv-out for dell latitude

What is part number 3848P connect to (it is the dell composite TV-OUT adapter cable that connects to the side of the computer)???



Also, I can get video from my dvd slot to show on the computer screen but not out to my TV (through the pci card (Dell dvd/mpeg))????
