Good PDF Writer

Is there a goodfree PDF writer for download on the Internet?  In no way can I afford an Acrobat, especially since I would not justify the price at all by my very sporadic use.

Hit File, then Export to PDF.

or you could use this free online website. I have used it a few times, it works pretty good and handles most files. I use Distiller though, that is the best solution though a bit pricey.
