Ace, Glad to hear you're empowered again.

Did you remember to get me some peanut butter? It's supposed to go great with  Nestlee Chocolatey Shatner bars. It's snowing in North Texas this morning (that's south of South Oklahoma, but west of East Virginia). Looks like I need to stock up on Extra Chocolately Delicious Shatners with Marshmallows. Or maybe Spock Bars with extra logic nougats. Dammit, I'm a Doctor, not a confectionary!

Hey Ace,

Thanks for the News/Weather/Sports. No crossword puzzle?

I?ll give that fill in the blank thing a try.

Ace P______h__d

My guess is Ace Panda Herder.

Backwoods, indeed. You city guy?s, you drive 5 miles without a traffic signal and you think your out in the country.

Hey Neon, give priceline.com a try for those candy bars.

Ok, ok. let me help out here. That would be:

You're

guys

Your welcome.

You know, too, Panda Herder is worse than what even I envisioned.

Oh, yeah, and Nestle. Nestlee. Nest Lea. Whichever.

We, for your information, cannot drive 5 miles without a traffic signal. Indiana even has a town that was built completely around the traffic signal arrangement:  Kokomo.  Yes, that town, as alluded to by the Beach Boys.

Grape Road, for instance, is actually a sidewalk that has traffic signals arranged every 3 blocks.  I counted them off... oh, and sorry about your Mom's back.

Ace: in the Kingdom of the Color Blind, the traffic light is of no consequence.

Shatner hosted an episode of "Iron Chef USA" recently, so he must be into designer foods now. Hehehe... Name Your Own candy bar , while flying to the hotel, to get a rental car to drive to the grocery store to buy more candy, AND Name Your Own Price for all of them!

You know, here's a stray thought. Sorta like a stray cat, but doesn't have anything to do with cats..

After hearing him sing, and strum, I'd be inclined toward "Iron Lung" Shatner or "Iron Hands" Shatner.

As an entertainer, he's no Leonard Nimoy.

It's good to have a Doctor in the house; I never did get to my resume to make myself one. Maybe this weekend.  Working at a University isn't helping, since we don't offer doctorate programs; just up to a masterate.  Watch how you spell, and pronounce that, too.  I've already got one of those; criminy, one's enough for anybody.  Too much, in some job searches, I've found.

Ace; he did have the room to himself... I don't know how these people find their way in here.  Takes me a couple days, on average.

Or just plain old, Floating Head Shatner.

Moms Ok, she is twice the man you are.

But please no more, Your Momma Jokes.

Well, sure, I can agree with that. Whatever the heck you're referring to. Sure.

What the heck is he.. underwater?  The last frontier?  And his real hair, too. That's good. So's mine.

So: with that in mind, I have finally decided to reveal my true identity. I figure it's only a matter of time before somebody here re-traces and back loads my Wu Name connection, to come up with what had to come first to cause that conclusion. Chicken or egg, either way you get to the end.  So. Here I am; in person:

Yes, that's me. How I look.  Really.  No civil war memorabilia, no bikini, no panda-head superimposed... Just me.  Au Natural.  A little fuzzy, but better than being a little scuzzy.

Ace: and yes, that is my real name, too.

Gee Ace,

I've always said you're like a brother to me, and now that you have revealed your true self, I must say that we do indeed bear some resemblance. Looks like I have less hair, though. Oh well, unlucky at hair, lucky at... now how does that go again? Anyway, have a look at my picture, and see if you agree. Here I am, 10 Watt Warlock in person:

I will offer that you have the aptitude to be a Doctor, with that signature.

I would, though, beg to differ that anyone has less hair than I. Unless it's Scuzzy, having fought in the civil war.  For Most Hair, I suppose it'd be Bear, since he'd have to be hirsute to live with that moniker. Bikini wax or not.

We may well be related; you being a 10 Watt Warlock and me being a 40 Watt Dimwatt.

You have a nicer smile, though. And a way cooler hat. I've just got the 40 or 50 Nike caps to go with.  Sometimes 2, 3 at a time, just to keep them happy. Sorry I forgot the peanut butter; I haven't had any for a long time.  Nor a candy bar. I don't know, anymore I just don't really crave sweets 'cept for beer.  Or Jagermeister if I really want to indulge.

It does feel good to finally "come out of the closet."  Heck, it was the warmest room during the ice storm and power black out.

Ace; his true self is revealed.

Ok, now, hold on a minute. That's not right..

A.P. (Ace P______h__d more than likely) Well, I'm up and apparently have the poastal station to myself. Might as well take up space. "The early bird breaks his beak" as my mom used to say when it was 12 degrees out.

Today in Weather: pay attention, willya. I just said. Power's back on for everybody in the metro area and pretty much outlying areas. I don't know about Michigan; that's way too backwoods for me.  I think they're mostly survivalists up there, anyway, so they probably do alright. Probably didn't even notice.

Geography Tip of the Week: I did not realize until this week there's a North and South Oklahoma.  Shoot, I'm still trying to figure where East Virginia is.

Name Game Redux: I tried Osama Bin Laden at Wu Name and it threw out "dead meat on a stick".  Huh.

Super Bowl Ads: To commemorate the Star Trek series and films Nestle's is coming out with a "Choclatey Shatner" candy bar.

This Week in Sports: yes, indeed, I did enjoy the game since I told those around me, particularly my wife with whom I bet, that N.E. would indeed win due to Belichek finding a way to stymie the pansy waist sissy boy turf-toe speed demon Rams offense. Soon as I saw the game was grinding, I was feeling pretty good about it all. And I'm not a N.E. fan.  I was hoping Pittsburgh would make it, since the Bears obviously droppinged out. Too bad Kordell Stewart reverted back to his "I'm gonna throw it all away" Enron-esque previous life. He and Donovan McNabb must be related.  ND fans are, though, relieved not to have Gruden coming to town; if they wanna see some serious choking they can just watch the prez watch football.  Or go back to the Davie years.

I missed the half-time, since I was driving back home during it. No problem, though, since we watched a U2 concert video from Boston on Friday.  Hey... is that psychic or what..?  I got to sorta see Mariah Carey do the anthem, but couldn't hear it since it was in the other room. I'm thinking maybe they offered her 28 million to shut up, again, anyway.

Health Watch: I'm hoping Pete's feeling better, since he was nauseous earlier this week or just sick of ads. You can't have too many bad puns, male blond/e jokes, or monkeys for that matter.

Computer Techie Advice:  I was gonna poast to the desktop room that my Quantex is working fine; what should I do...  I figured the answer would be "wait...". So no need to.

I am slowly (as I approach most everything) building my DVD collection, having purchased a player 'bout a week ago.  Not on the computer; criminy, DiabloII or Madden 2001 or Links golf watches fine but I'm not about to watch a film on the dang thing or read a book... Just a pretty normal Panasonic hooked up to the RCA.  Hey, here's a stupid tech question: why the heck would you have S-Video connects for a receiver..?  Do they carry audio, at all?  I can't figure why you'd run the video feed to it, otherwise. I see some do, now (and multiple ones).  Also, I'm glad I don't have component jacks to use; geez Louise, at $80 bucks or so for the cables I can do without that, thank you handsomely.  Anyway, so far we've acquired Excalibur ($9.99; darn well worth it), Apocalypse Now Redux, Cop Land (never saw it but heard good things/was cheap), Planet of the Apes (Charleton as an ape; Do Not Call Them Monkeys). My wife keeps buying bargain video tapes, so apparently our conversion will take some time however...

I'm hoping we can connect a new, fast automatic F-Reek connector to help with surround sound.

Well, time to run off and input more humorous Wu Name outputs. I don't know where the Sheepish Lord of Chaos has gone too; hope he's not frozen in. I did check the frozen squirrel droppings out back; pretty much all peanut, as I expected.

Ace: his name is still etched in stone. I just checked.
