If those fan covers are steel, you could add some steel mesh filters to reduce the dust buildup.  I purchased mine from Xoxide and attached magnetic tape strips to the back of each filter and put one over each fan cover.  It makes for quick cleaning.  You can also get them in colors or plain stainless.  Xoxide also has some really wild additions such as LED fan screws.   Glad you also solved the heat problem as mentioned in your other poast.   :)
