The I-1410 should be a TS30I2/I3, look on bottom of laptop.  They all take 144-pin SODIMM's.  I have the same machine, it uses the same memory as Dell Inspiron 7000.  Many of the components are the same as the Dell, they were both made by Compal.  They do not use the same BIOS!

Sliderule, welcome to Poasters Forums. You are of course correct. The Quantex I-1410 is the TS30i made by Compal of Taiwan. The memory modules are 144pin SODIMM's. We have a number of members who live in Florida USA. Come back anytime or stay and browse.

I'm trying to buy more memory

I have a Quantex laptop I-1410 W/P-II 333 C-NET which has 64MB SDRAM DIMM for laptop.(item number PRD-8MX64_N)

I gave this information to Crucial however they have asked me to count the pins.Pins are too small I've tried.Can anyone help??
