Outlook express... after typing the letter since it is the first time i am using it i have to set it up... i gave my name and email address but then it asks if "my income mail server is a... 1)pop3 2)imap 3)http... server."
Then it asks for my incoming mail server and my incoming mail server.

how do i know if i have a pop3, imap, or http?  and how do i know what my incoming and outgoing servers are?

sorry and thanks in advance.

Give your ISP a call, they will have that info and should help you set it up.

Sorry about that.
ISP= Internet Service Provider.
Whoever you buy your internet service from, should be able to help you configure OE to work with their service.
