HEY I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE KNO HOW TO SETUP AND MSDOS EMAIL ACCOUNT!!! AND IF THEY COULD TELL ME WHERE TO DOWNLOAD THE STUFF FOR IT.

Ace

HEY WELL LET'S SEE

First, using another poaster's pseudonym...
Secondly, YELLING AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS Criminy doesn't the noise bother you?
Thirdly, the use of three yes count them 3 exclamation marks.  !.

I won't try to figure out the SETUP AND part.  Probably meant "an."  Maybe "Ann" or "Anne."

Ace"2003"; how many strikes do you get...
Ring bells for service.

Welcome to Poasters. Ignore Ace like the rest of us do.

I am not exactly sure what you are asking. Do you want an email client for MSDOS? If so, perhaps something such as Net-Tamer
would be useful. It is a PPP dialup access program that can send and receive mail.

Is there an MSDOS webbrowser and/or registry editor?

query

There are text-mode browsers like Lynx (not specifically for MS-DOS), not registry editors -- the registry is designed to be accessed in full protected mode, not from DOS or command mode.

I did some searching and found the old standard, ProComm for DOS.

There is some setup help here: http://www.zypcom.com/support/procom.htm

and Symantec, which now owns it, maintains a limited knowledgebase here:

It'd be a lot more secure ;) and useful when Windows throws up
