Change printer settings

I have an Epson C62 printer. I need to set it to print in grayscale all
the time, is this possible? I have to go into advanced and check grayscale everytime I print. Could someone help me please.

Hi,
Go into Printers from the Start Menu.  Right click on your printer and choose Properties.

Then find Printing Preferences and select the Grayscale option and it will become the default.
