I have a PIII 600Mhz. was working fine up untill the blackout. It was running when the power when out. Now, when I turn it on, i immediately get an error screen:"the CPU speed is not compatible with the motherboard." I figured that due to the power outage, the BIOS had to be reconfigured. I changed the jumper settings to configure mode, and it still wouldn't let me in. Any suggestions? Thanks before hand!

Most PCs these days are jumperless - go into CMOS setup and check the speed settings.
