do i have a good connection?

hey folks, these are the results of my asdl speed test. would you consider them acceptable for an asdl connection and do differing isps have different figures, or is it down to my line and computer? is there anything i could do to increase???

It depends on the grade of service you purchased - if you have a 384/128 connection, that's slightly over that and perfectly acceptable.  If you've got a 1.5/128, it's well below that.  Check with your DSL provider to see what you should be getting (an entry-level package will be 384/128).

If it's supposed to be 512 downstream, you're below that -- check with www.broadbandreports.com for tweaking options, or contact your provider.
