hi all
       i wonder if you can help me, i have this laptop dell c600 that i want to sell that has win2000 O/S
i need to clean it up from all the junk that the last owner had put on it, i bought it from ebay in order to resell but i cant find the folders in it such as pictures or music, does anyone know where these are located please.

For security purposes, you'd be better off completely wiping the disc with something like Active KillDisk (download from http://www.killdisk.com) and either leaving the system that way and supplying the 2000 CD, or if you must, reload Windows.

Simply deleting files doesn't get rid of them - they can be relatively easily recovered.
