Monitor Regeneration

I am trying to play this game on my Compaq Presario  1280 laptop called Gunbound. www.gunbound.net.
Windows Me

When I try to play it shows an error that says Can't perform  initialization  to start game - 33. In this case turning off "Auto Monitor Regeneration Frequency Control" can solve the problem.

it leads me to a FAQ but it is in Korean
