I needed a loan calculator last night. I tried several online calcs. And found them either to crazy to figure out or just not what I needed. I came across Loan Calculator Plus at:

After a short download, I was up and running. I found this program to be just what I was looking for and easy to use. Did I mention?Free?Yep, free and easy?my kind of program.
They do have a more advanced financial calc. that offers a 30day trial period. I may try that out later.
