Best "Internet Expense" program ?

Hi guys!

I've moved to my dad and only got 56KBits here right now. And i would like to see how much it's gonna cost while i'm using it, so i've tried some programs which shows just that.

But i haven't found anone good yet, i'm using "ChargeMeter" now, but it doesn't count the connection opening (The cost to actually start the connection), so it isn't perfect.

Do you know anyone which is ??
