Norton Virus problem..help!

Updating a users laptop so he can get on our system at work.  They have Norton Anti-virus, last update jan 2003, so usally I just run the update, but it's password locked(he don't know password) so thought I would un-install and load Mcafee, will not let me un-install..

Any suggestions ?

Fix somewhat of the problem..

Just went in and disable it

Don't install McAfee without uninstalling Norton -- just disabling it is not enough.
