IE, window problem

Hello, My Internet Explorer window, (when i start it up) isnt ever maximized,

As we can see from this pic i took, it isnt maximized, i tried to open another one while this (making new thread) one was opened and it was maximized.... "oh, ok, nevermind" i thought, but i re-booted and its still doin this...anyways, heres the pic:

Modify the shortcut to Internet Explorer (in Quick Launch) so that Window State is set to "Maximized".
