FF Autoconnect

Sig PC, FF 1.0 and I can't seem to get it to bring up the Dialup connection dialog. I have to open it from the start menu. No problem for me, but for other people it's an annoying extra step. Can somebody tell me how to get that dialog back, or do I have to somehow make a batch file that launches one her?
