I have a dell inspiron 5000e laptop.  I currently have a 10gig HDD and want to upgrade to the Toshiba MK4019GAX  HDD2171, 40 gig HDD.  Is this worth it and is this drive of good quality?

So far, so good with mine in my Inspiron 5000e -- the drive is almost completely silent and will work fine with your system.
