Disk Mapping?

In the process of researching PageFile options, one of the discussion topics was moving the PageFile to the outer edge of a second HD, into Cylinder one.   In illustrating the discussion,  disk maps were presented highlighting the points being made.   ( Win XP Home)
A google search yielded little info for mapping a Windows drive, although Mac's OS X and Unix showed up frequently.

Is there a utility available for Windows disk mapping?

In the process,  I set the PageFile to a fixed size and moved it to the D:\ partition.  I did not create a separate partition for the PageFile, although that might be an option.  D:\ is the only alternate location, away from the O/S on C:\  that I have available.

Parition Magic will do drive mapping.  I have the utility but have never ventured into that area of disk management.
