i have a landlord problem

we recentlly moved out of a house we rented
and the land lord is not giving us the deposit back .......1500 dollars ...we left the place clean and better  looking than it was before we moved and i videotaped the house  right when we left evrything from the inside of  closets and cupbourds  all the rooms......so they say that we left the house filthy and they have a video tape ........(our tape has the date of the newspaper on it )

sio anybody here with some legal expertease  or ideas?
if not then any good legal forums i could browse?
