Rebuilding Toshiba Portege

I was given a Toshiba Portege 7020CT with a bad HD and no documentation.  Got a replacement HD, formatted it, installed Win98SE.  Then I installed all drivers I could find from Toshiba's website.  Now I cannot adjust display resolution, it seems to be on a minimal setting.  So I assume I do not have the right driver.

Anyone know a way to fix this?  Also is there a way to get the DVD up and running?

My level of expertise is minimal, but I can usually follow instructions if I can find them.

Alternatively, is there a place where I could get a restore disc?

These use a NeoMagic chipset.  Try below:

http://www.video-drivers.com/drivers/71/71397.htm

That should be the right video driver.

You will need a DVD decoder package to use a DVD -- a CPU of that speed isn't going to be stellar, but it should work OK.  Try WinDVD or PowerDVD.
