Every time I start my computer I receive a web page window that reflects unable to access this site.  When I right click properties I get this error. res://c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm#file://c:\WINDOWS\FALSE

My system is a homebuilt AMD slot A T-bird 1 gig with 768mb RAM, Quantum Fireball AS 40gig ATA/100 hard drive on an Asus K7V-T mobo. I have a Promise Ultra ATA/100 controller card which supports the hard drive. GeForce 2Mx 32mb video card. Zoom 56k modem, and a Creative Ensoniq sound card. The system uses Win 98se.

This problem occured after my son checked yes to this question. The path that this file goes to is missing. The closest match to it is, he can't remember the rest but he chose yes. Right after that he told me of the problem. Anybody got any ideas. John
