At this page http://www.kichkos.narod.ru/glav.htm I've also seen such stuff: a line like in a seach engine and a button. While you click this butto, you can perform a search on the Interenet concerning the word(s) you've typed in that line.  But the search is performed in a well-known existing search engine, which wasn't created by the owner of the web site (speaking of myself, I would like it to be performed in Google, for example).
Below, there's some kind of a personal identificator. It notifies you of the date and the time you are visiting this page for (e. g., for the third time), gives you the name of the operating system you have (e. g., Windows 98 ) as well as the browser installed on your machine (Internet Explorer 5.0, in my case). It also tells you whether the Javascript support is on and provides you with the info on your IP.
What are the codes for these two things? I am really-really interested. Please, help.
