Bruce, have this customer call us so we can get him and RMA number to have it repaired. Thank you.

Just got a report from Bruce on his attempted repair of a Q laptop through Sceptre. After a promising start, he's still waiting for an RMA number six days later, and attempts at contact to find out why have failed. Doesn't look good.

Bruce said he would grace us with the story of his repair saga when he has more time. He's looking at Laptop Service King as a second option, so any information on them would be appreciated.
