What is the going rate for custom Excel Spreasheet Development?

Due to my teaching full time at a college, I have now become popular in our geographical area based on my expertise in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet development. I am known on campus as the best Excel programmer as I was when I was in industry.

I now have a corporation wanting to pay me to develop an Excel spreadsheet for them.

I am not sure how much to charge. I am a consultant to this company and have heard $100, $120 and $150 per hour. Is this a good price range for developing custom spreadsheets and databases?
