Upgrading DELL NOTEBOOKS?

I want to buy a Dell Inspiron 2650 notebook but have many questions that I need answered first.  I hope you guys can help.

The Dell Inspiron 2650 uses 200mhz 1/2 DIMMS ram.  Ok.  Now my question is would I be able to use "PNY 512S133 512 MB Dimm PC133 168Pin Sdram" in that notebook or is it not compatible?
