doesnt the computer have like a radio player?  something where i can listen to music on the internet?  i am not looking for an illegal stuff so please dont get angry.

Windows Media Player 8 and 9 have a built in "radio tuner".  There's a wide selection of stations on there with every taste catered for.

and log on with ur yahoo password they have a free customized radio player but it has a few ads after every few songs

A video capture or all in wonder card will usually come with an FM/AM tuner and a TV tuner among other things. If these things intrest you, it maybe a good investment.
