My computer is new and I have started to get an error message that says...Shell- notify fail and when it appears it pops up a whole bunch of times, Does anyone know what this is and how to stop it. Thanks

What are all the specs--->Computer model, installed RAM, Hard drive, Operating System, peripherals, software installed...etc?  At what times does message appear?
