Video Capture with Video Card?

I am looking at creating some short videos from computer games. With the capture programs they have now, they kill my frames. Can you capture and send it to a TV VCR for recording without any frame hit with the fancy video TV out thingi????

You should be able to do what you are suggesting. Give it a try and see what happens.
