Does anyone know of how to adjust the acoustic management on Western Digital hard drives?

Hitachi and Maxtor provide utilties to do this with their drives but I could find no similar utility on the Western Digital site.  The reason being that my new Nexus NX-4090 power supply is SO QUIET that the monitor whine and hard drive clicking seem loud!

The hard drive idle noise is masked by the Nexus iStyle case, but I can still hear the clicking, hence I want to enable Acoustic Management.  As for the monitor, I guess my only option is to replace it with a TFT.  ;D

were can i get one for my maxtor? as it makes a loud clicking noise when loading the o/s ans as i sleep with it on, and running all night, it is really annoying for me to be woken up because it is idling, and spinning up the disk for a second.
