That link gave me a 'document not found' error at winmag.com. I was able to find the article by navigating through, and the url appears to be correct, except maybe the period at the end of htm.

I've been using it for a few days now, and I'm quite happy with the results. It was a great pleasure to disable animated windows, too. Of course, the program remains unsupported by Microsoft.
