Kevin, more information is needed. What operating systm are you using and what version is it ie. 98 or 98se. Have you installed or uninstalled any hardware or software lately. Made any changes to settings. If you are using Windows 9x does the program menu come up but you are unable to access any programs from there. When did this start and what were you doing when it started.



One other thought. What kind of keyboard are you using. Cordless or connected via cable. Also what kind of mouse are you using cordless or connected.

Using  win. 98 not se, etc.

don't think I  installed any software lately...no hardware.

The program menu does come up  but I can  not access programs  from   here...have to   find  program  in    windows explorer.

keyboard   &   mouse connected to  computer via   cable.

noticed this  two days ago....not  sure  what  I was doing   when it happened.
