Delete French and select English (en-us)

I just upgraded to IE5.5 using a download from a CD Rom on which I had some photographs supplied by my local Developing shop. Don't ask why they should have supplied the upgrade - beats me too. Problem is that everything is now in French. How do I change the language to English?
