Hello. Oh yeah, that's the name. Oh well. It's free and super-easy to use. Just sign up, get your email verified (you may have to try several emails to get one that doesn't block the email) and you have a lot of chatting ahead of you with other members. You can chat before verifying but only a little while. Anyway, I think it's great for talking about pictures (instead of blindly emailing tons of 'em) and it would make a nice support program, in a scaled down version. I may post a screenshot of the real thing and my visionary soon.
