How to play Emperor: Battle for Dune online ???

Hi.

I just bought Emperor...a little bit late...and i've seen that something called "WOL" is like...down...and i've also seen that there's another thing you can connect to/with called "XWIS". But on the XWIS site, it says nothing about Emperor, just RA2 and Yuri's Revenge!

Does anyone know how i can play this game online???
