"Enter" Key emulation software

Has anybody ever run across software that will run in the background and make the system think you have pressed the "Enter" key?  We have a script on our machines at work that lock your keyboard with 10 minutes of inactivity and I'm looking for a way to fool it when I'm away from my machine.
