I just got it and it is awsome, this is one that I can highly recomend, will take time and lots of it to get to know it all, but it is fun learning it, this is one heck of a program.

That it is!  I bought 7.0 (make sure you get the 7.0.1 patch from the Adobe site ;)) earlier this year and found it to be a nice step up from version 5 that I had been using.  I'm still finding out new things about it even after using it almost daily for five years, so don't be surprised if you do for a while too! :).

at last. I pride myself on use opf Adobe photoshop 7.0. Its the only thing i can talk about knowledgably on these boards. the best way to learn how to sue it is to vists websites like http://www.spoono.com or http://www.thewebmachine.com and apply those tutorials to your own projects.
