15" TFT (Hansol H520?)

anybody got/seen one of these?

I have been offered one at an exceptional price (?150 uk inc tax) and am thinking of buying it.

Is it true that a 15" TFT equates to a 17" CRT?

What should I consider when buying a tft? i.e minimum spec
