If you do try it out, I'd recommend disabling the Mem Zip option.

I've enabled all of the tweaks on the Tune Windows page too.  I didn't think that Large System Cache would help me, in the past it's made the excessive caching problem worse but when used with CacheBoost, it improves performance.

BUT, for ATI Radeon cards, you should leave this option Disabled.  There used to be a bug in the drivers which would cause a BSOD on reboot if LargeSystemCache was enabled.  I don't know whether or not they've fixed it yet.
