Is there a free partition tool?

The most reliable is the manufacturer's OEM utility for the particular drive.  Seagate, Western Digital, and Maxtor have them.  Hitachi/IBM has opted out of the OEM utility.  Samsung may have something, but I have been dealing almost exclusively with Seagate the last two years.  Download The Ultimate Boot Disk, and you get the whole shebang---FREE!

Not stated correctly as usual from me.  Sorry.  I already have partitions made with the os and two others.  I just need to resize the os and make it bigger.  I have tried bootit NG which I had used previously but I am getting an error 57.

I have soured a bit on Partition Magic.  It also keeps giving me errors and scares me on an occupied partition.  I must admit, though, that I am still using PM 7.
