Strange... do you change the clocks on a different day to us in the UK?  The day after we changed our clocks, the forum was an hour slow for me, so I added +1 hour more onto my offset, which corrected it, but now it's 1 hour fast. ???

Mental note to oneself: "Leave the time offset alone next year"

The time change is supposed to occur at 2AM. So we go from 1:59 to 3:00. The forum is nominally on Eastern time, so it should change when New York/Washington change.
