I stumbled on this video today, thought i would share.
News team discovers the fraud in many pc repair centers including the over priced
"geek squad".

The one who did fix it for free is the one I would trust.  I realize that many have set rates just for leaving a unit to be fixed (overhead rules) but a loose IDE cable is not even to the level of a technical issue.  A simple BIOS check would have spotted that one within a minute.   ::)
