I finally figured out how to overclock the CPU without being limited by the memory. I have to say limit the RAM to 166Mhz, then overclock the FSB. Doing this, I got to about 2.2Ghz and 200Mhz on the memory with no problem at all. I've been running Prime95 for the past half hour with no errors, and a peak temperature at 43C, and my room is very hot right now, over 80F from somebody turning the AC off (In Florida). It's still running, and actually went down to 42C, so 43C is the true peak it should ever reach at these settings. I guess basically, I have a 3500+.  I might go slightly higher later, overclocking the memory later, getting it to arround 2.3,2.4, with the memory running between 205 and 215, where it is stable at my 2-3-3-6 timings at stock voltage. But for now, I am happy.
