Possible to replace 16mb video card with 32mb

I have a Dell Latitude c610 operating on windows xp. I was wondering if I would be able to replace my current 16 mb video card with a 32 mb. And also is it possible to upgrade my hertz?

Yes.  The video  has to be upgraded with a Dell/Quanta unit - there's  a GeForce 2Go 32 MByte card for this model.  The part must  be obtained secondhand (EBay) or through Dell spare parts (you have to call) -- it's not a standard, off-the-shelf part.

The CPU is upgradeable to a 1.2 GHz mobile Tualatin PIII.
