Anyone have experience with this multi-monitor software app? It basically creates a new task bar on the second or third monitor which displays the programs running on the second or third monitor rather than only on the taskbar on the primary monitor. There are also some other features that windows doesn't allow.
Ultramon has a $40 price tag which seems high to me. The free alternatives appear to fall short for XP, Vista and W7.

UltraMon 3.0.3 beta (http://download.cnet.com/UltraMon/3000-2072_4-10166183.html?tag=mncol) supposedly fixes Win 7 issues and is available for a free 30-day spin.
I have now had Ultramon installed for a day on XP. I must say it does whats advertised, with out any fuss.
There is virtually no installation and no reboot necessary.
The second taskbar on the second monitor is in fact a very helpful feature and I will probably buy it after the 30 day trial.

Ultramon 3 Beta works great on W7.
