Connecting

Connected new laptop this morning to my Freeserve account. No problems.
This evening as I dial up I get a black box titled
"After Dial Terminal" This starts to fill up with white typed gibberish but after a few secs another box, white this time appears saying "The script has halted" The attempted connection then terminates.
Have been into modem..properties etc etc and the "Show window Terminal" box is unticked. So it aint that
Anyone any suggestions please.
Only able to use PC at the moment
