NIS 2002 vs NIS 2003

I presently have installed NIS 2001 which has a couple   more weeks before expiration.

I have a new in box NIS 2002 to install when 2001 expires.

In todays Ads Circuit City  has an instore only speical,on NIS 2003...only $9.99 after rebates

Guess I will buy this as its almost free but my question is: What , if any, advantage  is there in having NIS2003 over NIS2002?
